Please be very careful when entering in your billing and shipping information on our site. All orders returned to us for insufficient or incorrect addresses will be re-billed actual shipping costs to re-ship the order.
How long will it take to receive my order?
All in-stock items will be processed and prepared for shipment within 24
hours (Monday-Friday). Out of stock items (oversold items) will be shipped within 3 to 5 days. If shipment takes more than the stated time, customer will be notified by email or
phone.
To calculate the approximate delivery date, use this handy formula along with the chart below:
1 day (day to process the order) + Shipping Method (see chart below) = total delivery time.

International Orders
US Airmail for International Orders
Discountshavers.com uses Canada Post International for all shipping outside the Canada and Continental United States. We have found this method to be quick, secure and cost effective. Canada Post generally approximates between 21 and 30 business days shipping time.
At this time, we cannot ship to PO Boxes, FPO or APO addresses.
Customs
All international orders are subject to applicable customs duties and associated assessments and fees. These fees may include Import Duties, Value Added Taxes (VAT) and Customs Clearance Fees. These costs are entirely the responsibility of the purchaser. The shipping charge by Discountshavers.com does NOT include any of these fees.
You will normally be charged the Customs fees by the company that delivers the package at the time of delivery.
